The objective of this program is to get the family nucleus to have a process of resilience, overcoming this situation and strengthening it. Improving communication between them with emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts in a more effective way during mediation. Conflict resolution and better family coordination will help improve family cohesion by providing a higher quality care to the person with dementia and a higher quality of life to caregivers too. This situation could improve the family growth with this new situation.
