Las Mutuas Colaboradoras con la Seguridad Social. Actividades en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene como objeto el estudio de la actividad desarrollada por las Mutuas Colaboradoras con la Seguridad Social (MCSS), destacando las actividades en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL). Para ello, en una primera parte, entraremos a analizar el origen, evolución y estructura de las mismas. Posteriormente, conocidas estas entidades, pasaremos al desarrollo de las actividades que realizan en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales. El interés del presente trabajo está en saber qué son las Mutuas, dada la importancia que tienen en el mundo laboral, y la actividad, que a lo largo del tiempo, han venido desarrollando en una materia tan fundamental como es la prevención de riesgos laborales, contribuyendo a la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y trabajadoras de las empresas asociadas a las mismas. En definitiva, se trata de un trabajo necesario, útil para cualquier lector interesado en este tema, en el que pongo a disposición todos mis conocimientos aprendidos a los largo de mi grado para el mejor desarrollo del mismo. The purpose of this End of Degree Project (EDP) is to study the activity carried out by the Mutual Collaborating Societies with the Social Security (MCSS), specifically, the activities in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). For it, in the first part, we will analyse their origin, evolution and structure. Later, once these entities are known, we will move on to the development of the activities they carry out in the field of occupational risk prevention. The interest of the present work is in knowing what the Mutuals are, given the importance they have in the world of work, and the activity that they have been developing over time in such a fundamental matter as the prevention of occupational risks, contributing to the health and safety of the workers of the companies associated with them. In short, it is a necessary work, useful for any reader interested in this subject, in which I make available all my knowledge learned throughout my degree for the best development of it.
