[EN] During the nineties arised some methodologies of quick development software, which became agile methodologies, oriented to decrease the probability of failure because of underestimation of costs and time. These methodologies were created as an alternative to the traditional methodologies with the object of minimise bureaucracy in development of large and medium scale projects. Agile meyhodologies, unlike the traditional ones, are adaptive for every kind of process and they are oriented to people rather than processes. In this work it is made a recognition about these methodologies since its origin, principles and basis through the agile manifesto, and about judgements which have been stablished to define its relevance. We will explain how agile methodologies have been also included in the department of Human Resources of a company applying the appropiate techniques for its development, we will talk about Scrum and Kanban, two of the techniques that have been used by companies when applying this methodology and we will know how some of the big global companies work out with them.
