Abstract

[ES] El trabajo toma en consideración los esfuerzos de la Unión Europea, el gobierno Español y la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, en la creación e implementación de planes y políticas de fomento al emprendimiento, gestión de un entorno amigable que favorezca y reconozca el trabajo de los emprendedores y la construcción de un marco normativo apropiado que promueva y respalde el accionar de los promotores de nuevas ideas productivas, actividades direccionadas a que se incremente la puesta marcha de iniciativas empresariales en la región.[EN] The work takes into account the efforts of the European Union, the Spanish government and the administration of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in the creation and implementation of plans and policies to promote entrepreneurship, management of a friendly environment that favors and recognizes the work of the entrepreneurs and the construction of an appropriate normative framework that promotes and supports the actions of the promoters of new productive ideas, activities aimed at increasing the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives in the region.
