Coordinación de actividades empresariales en una multinacional del sector del automóvil

Abstract

[ES] Se pretende en el presente documento plantear una sistemática de gestión de coordinación de actividades empresariales, desde un enfoque preventivo, basado en la Ley 31/1995 y Real Decreto 171/2004, de 30 de enero. La finalidad es permitir a esta sistemática operar como herramienta de gestión principal, permitiendo al empresario principal garantizar no solo la seguridad y salud en el trabajo si no optimizar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores que operan en sus centros de trabajo, garantizando la adecuada gestión preventiva de trabajadores de contratas y homologación a nivel de gestión con los trabajadores directos de planta. En atención a la citada Ley 31/1995, la organización tiene la necesidad de gestionar de forma adecuada la seguridad y salud en el trabajo no solo de sus trabajadores directos si no de aquellos trabajadores de otras organizaciones que prestan servicio en sus centros de trabajo, asegurando que dispongan de los mismos medios preventivos que sus trabajadores directos. Hemos de plantearnos el determinar la importancia de una adecuada coordinación de actividades empresariales para una optimización de nuestro sistema de gestión de prevención de riesgos laborales. Gracias a este proyecto hemos podido concluir, que la gestión mediante un personal técnico capacitado, con dedicación a la materia apoyado en un software de gestión, permite homologar gestión de contratas y de trabajadores directos, ahorrando grandes costes al evitar cuellos de botella, paralizaciones y el alargamiento en el tiempo de la gestión, por tanto, podemos asegurar el éxito en la optimización CAE del proyecto. Podemos incurrir en responsabilidad penal y también civil frente a terceros, por lo que una adecuada gestión de coordinación de actividades empresariales puede resultar en una inversión, una salvaguarda que nos evite responder subsidiariamente por errores de la subcontrata.

[EN] The aim of this document is to propose a management system for a business activities coordination, from a preventive approach based on 31/1995 law and 171/2004, of January 30 royal decree. The purpose is to allow this system to operate as the main management tool, allowing the main employer to guarantee not only health and safety at work but also to optimize the working conditions of the workers who operate in their work centers, guaranteeing adequate preventive management. of contract workers and homologation at the management level with direct plant workers. In response to the aforementioned 31/1995, Law the organization has the need to adequately manage the safety and health at work not only of its direct workers but also of those workers from other organizations that provide services in their work facilities, ensuring that they have the same preventive means as their direct workers. We must consider determining the importance of an adequate coordination of business activities for an optimization of our occupational risk prevention management system. Thanks to this project we have been able to conclude that management by trained technical staff, with dedication to the subject supported by management software, allows standardizing management of contracts and direct workers, saving large costs by avoiding bottlenecks, stoppages and the lengthening of the management time, therefore we can ensure the success in the CAE optimization of the project. We could fall down on criminal and civil liability against third parties, so that an adequate management of the coordination of business activities can result in an investment, a safeguard that prevents us from responding subsidiarily for errors of the subcontractor. This mainly requires the involvement of the highest hierarchical levels of the organization, the companies and mainly of all the employees of the organizations.
