ABP: ¿CÓMO PODEMOS AYUDAR A NUESTRO ENTORNO A MEJORAR SU CALIDAD DE VIDA MEDIANTE LA METEOROLOGÍA?

Abstract

[ES]Tradicionalmente, en la educación, la metodología didáctica imperante en el profesorado ha sido de tipo expositiva o magistral. Actualmente esta tendencia está cambiando, implementándose nuevas metodologías didácticas en el sistema educativo. Dentro de esta nueva corriente didáctica, el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP) es una de las metodologías más presentes en la actualidad y de la que el profesorado hace más uso para dar un nuevo enfoque al aprendizaje de su alumnado. El ABP utiliza una estrategia metodológica basada en el Aprendizaje Significativo y Aprendizaje por Descubrimiento en el que el propio discente parte de su propio conocimiento para posteriormente construirlo mediante un proceso de búsqueda o investigación. Además, este tipo de metodología requiere de la cooperación entre el alumnado, lo que fomenta otra metodología didáctica muy actual como es el Aprendizaje Cooperativo en el que alumnado mejora su aprendizaje apoyándose en el grupo de iguales. [EN]Traditionally, in education, the teaching methodology prevailing in the teaching staff has been of an expository or lecturing type. Currently this tendency is changing, as new teaching methodologies are being implemented in the educational system. Within this new didactic trend, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is one of the most cutting-edge methodologies and the one teacher follow the most in order to approach their students’ learning in a new way. PBL uses a methodological strategy based on meaningful learning and learning by discovery in which the learner himself/herself starts from their own knowledge and then builds it through a search or research process. In addition, this type of methodology requires cooperation among students, which fosters another very current didactic method, Cooperative Learning, in which students improve their learning by relying on the peer group.
