Trata de personas: Violencia sexual contra las mujeres en el conflicto armado colombiano

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo pretende ser una aportación bibliográfica sobre la trata de mujeres en un contexto como es el conflicto armado colombiano. En primer lugar se analizará el marco conceptual, en el que se definirán los conceptos más importantes que se van a utilizar en este trabajo. Posteriormente se estudiará el marco teórico, donde se observarán datos sobre la dimensión de la trata de mujeres a nivel internacional para, más adelante, analizarlos a nivel nacional. En siguiente lugar se examinará el contexto del conflicto armado, cómo afecta a las mujeres y las consecuencias que se derivan del mismo. Asimismo se observará el papel que desempeñan las mujeres en la construcción de paz, además de los acuerdos de paz realizados en este país para poner fin a la guerra. A continuación se expone la legislación vigente internacional y nacional relativa a estos temas. Finalmente se exponen las conclusiones y algunas recomendaciones.[EN] This project is intended a bibliographical contribution on the trafficking of women in a context such as the Colombian armed conflict. In the first place, the conceptual framework will be analyzed, in which the most important concepts to be used in this work will be defined. Subsequently, the theoretical framework will be studied, where data on the dimension of trafficking in women at international level will be studied and analyzed later at the national level. Next, the context of the armed conflict, how it affects women and the consequences of armed conflict will be examined. lt will also observe the role of women in peacebuilding, in addition to the peace agreements carried out in this country to end the war. The current legislation on these issues, both international and national, is set out below. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are presented.
