LA ENSEÑANZA DE LOS GÉNEROS INSTRUCTIVOS EN ELE: UN ANÁLISIS DOCUMENTAL Y UNA PROPUESTA DIDÁCTICA A PARTIR DE LA RECETA

(ES)El propósito principal de este trabajo consiste en examinar qué tipos de géneros instructivos se trabajan en
la enseñanza de español a extranjeros a partir de una revisión actividades obtenidas de materiales
didácticos, y analizar cómo se trabaja la receta; nuestro objetivo último es realizar una propuesta didáctica
con el propósito de facilitar al aprendiz de español como segunda lengua (L2) la correcta práctica de esta
cuestión. Para eso, se llevará a cabo, primeramente, un recorrido por algunos de los aspectos teóricos más
relevantes: la escritura y los géneros discursivos en la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera, los
textos instructivos y la receta como método de aprendizaje y elemento cultural. Tras la revisión y la
elaboración del marco teórico teórica se analizará esta cuestión y su tratamiento en algunos manuales,
revistas didácticas y repositorios de actividades de E/LE. Por último, se proporcionará una propuesta
didáctica que, a su vez, fomentará el uso de las cuatro destrezas lingüísti
(EN)The main purpose of this essay is to examine what types of instructional genres are used in teaching Spanish to foreigners based on a review of activities obtained from teaching materials, and to analyse how the recipe is worked; our ultimate objective is to make a didactic proposal with the purpose of facilitating the learner of Spanish as a second language (L2) with the correct practice of this issue. To do this, first, a tour of some of the most relevant theoretical aspects will be carried out: writing and discursive genres in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, instructional texts and recipes as a learning method and cultural element. After the review and elaboration of the theoretical framework, this issue and its treatment in some manuals, educational journals and repositories of E/LE activities will be analyzed. Finally, a didactic proposal will be provided that, in turn, will encourage the use of the four linguistic skills in favor of achieving effective communicative competence.
