Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo se abordará, en primer lugar, la evolución histórica tanto de la empresa como del
empresario a lo largo de los años. Además, se detallan los objetivos principales que tiene la empresa para
la adquisición de beneficio, así como los elementos que conforman la empresa, las áreas de la empresa y
sus funciones principales. También se hace hincapié en el entorno en el que está inmerso la empresa, y se
explica en profundidad el marketing en la empresa, diferenciando entre el marketing estratégico y el
marketing operativo.
Una vez explicado esto, se desarrolla una unidad didáctica orientada para segundo de bachillerato. En el
que se hará una contextualización, se explicarán los objetivos, competencias, metodología que se lleva a
cabo, así como los recursos utilizados y, las actividades planteadas dicha la unidad didáctica.
[EN] This work will address, first, the historical evolution of both the company and the employer over the years.
