Resumen
Este trabajo propone una investigación sobre el efecto que causa la implementación de la Terapia Asistida con
Animales (TAA) en un programa de Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual para la mejora de adolescentes con Trastorno de la
Conducta Alimentaria. Se plantea la intervención mediante la participación del perro y centrada en adolescentes con
Trastorno de la Conducta Alimentaria de tipo Anorexia Nerviosa. Los participantes se encuentran en el servicio de
Hospitalización de ITA Avenir, centro de referencia en TCA de Barcelona. Consta de 10 sesiones, desarrollándose la
primera y la última de forma grupal y las 8 intermedias de forma individual. La evaluación se lleva a cabo a través del
Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), entrevista para el trastorno dismórfico corporal (BDDE), entrevista para los
trastornos de la conducta alimentaria (EDE), escala de autoestima de Rosenberg (RSS), inventario breve de síntomas
(BSI), inventario de depresión de Beck (BDI) y escala de estrés percibido (EEP).
This work proposes an investigation on the effect caused by the implementation of Animal Assisted Therapy (TAA) in a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy program for the improvement of adolescents with Eating Disorder. The intervention is proposed through the participation of the dog and focused on adolescents with Eating Disorder of the Anorexia Nervosa type. The participants are in the Hospitalization service of ITA Avenir, a reference center for eating disorders in Barcelona. It consists of 10 sessions, developing the first and last in a group and the 8 intermediate ones individually. The evaluation is carried out through the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), interview for body dysmorphic disorder (BDDE), interview for eating disorders (EDE), Rosenberg self-esteem scale (RSS), brief inventory of symptoms (BSI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and Perceived Stress Scale (PES).
