Resumen
[ES]El servicio que ofrecen las asociaciones de agricultura y ganadería a sus socios es de vital importancia en el desarrollo del sector en la provincia de Jaén. El objetivo del presente trabajo es medir la calidad del servicio que ofrecen estas organizaciones, con el fin de proponer nuevas estrategias de mejora.
Para ello, con base en las cinco dimensiones de medición de la calidad que propone el modelo de brechas, se realiza un cuestionario a los socios de la asociación COAG-Jaén. Los resultados permiten concluir que la calidad del servicio prestada es buena, a un precio aceptable. Sin embargo, es posible mejorar en algunos aspectos como la capacidad de respuesta en la oficina o la ubicación geográfica de las mismas, entre otros.
[EN] The service offered by associations of agriculture and livestock to its members is of vital importance in the development of the sector in the province of Jaén. The principal objective of this paper is to measure the quality of the service offered by these companies, in order to propose new improvement strategies. To achieve this, based on the five dimensions of quality measurement proposed by the gaps model, we have done a questionnaire to COAG-Jaén partners. The results permit to conclude that the quality of service is good, they have an acceptable price. Nevertheless, is possible to improve some aspects like responsiveness in the office or the geographic location, among other things.
