Resumen
[ES]En el presente trabajo se analiza la función del teatro como herramienta social,
para ello es necesario profundizar en la relación que existe entre intervención
psicosocial y educación artística. Como resultado de esta unión surge la mediación
artística como procedimiento terapéutico a través de las diferentes disciplinas artísticas.
A continuación, para poder detallar el teatro como recurso social, se realiza un breve análisis sobre otra disciplina artística que ha sido muy utilizada como herramienta
en intervenciones psicosociales, la escritura. Posteriormente, se expone las
características del teatro como herramienta social y como este proceso ha ido surgiendo
a lo largo de la historia.
Por último, se exponen tres de las estrategias más empleadas como técnicas
teatrales interventivas junto con experiencias reales que han apoyado estos métodos como solución a intervenciones sociales y comunitarias. Éstas son: dramaterapia, Teatro del Oprimido y psicodrama.
[EN]In this study the role of theater as a social tool is analyzed, This requires to deepen the relationship between arts education and psychosocial intervention. As a result of this union artistic mediation as a therapeutic procedure arises through different artistic disciplines. Then, in order to detail the theater as a social resource, a brief discussion of other artistic discipline that has been widely used as a tool in psychosocial interventions is done, the writing. Subsequently, the characteristics of theater as a social tool are exposed and how this process has emerged throughout history too. Finally, three of the most used strategies such as interventional theater techniques with real experiences that have supported these methods as a solution to social and community interventions are discussed. These are: drama therapy, Theater of the Oppressed and psychodrama.
