Resumen
[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar el comportamiento del consumidor de automóviles en la provincia de Jaén. Para ello, estudiaremos qué beneficios proporciona su estudio tanto a las empresas como a los consumidores. Seguidamente, explicaremos a qué nos referimos con “comportamiento del consumidor”, los tipos que existen, además de los factores que determinan cómo se comportarán los consumidores ante una necesidad en su proceso con mayor relevancia en el comportamiento del consumidor; las creencias y actitudes. Además, indicaremos las diferentes técnicas que existen para medirlas. Por otro lado, hablaremos brevemente del sector del automóvil y de algunos estudios que existen sobre el consumidor de compra. Posteriormente nos centraremos, en uno de los factores de automóviles.
Finalmente, realizaremos un estudio cuantitativo para conocer el comportamiento del consumidor de automóviles en la provincia de Jaén.
[EN]The objective of this work is to analyze the consumer behaviour of automobiles in the province of Jaén. To do this, we will study what benefits the study provides both to businesses and consumers. We will then explain what we mean by "consumer behaviour," the types that exist, as well as the factors that determine how consumers will behave in the face of a need in their buying process. Later we will focus on one of the factors with greater relevance in consumer behaviour; Beliefs and attitudes. In addition, we will indicate the different techniques that exist to measure them. On the other hand, we will briefly discuss the automotive sector and some studies on the automobile consumer. Finally, we will carry out a quantitative study to know the consumer behaviour of cars in the province of Jaén.
