[EN] Self-esteem is a crucial variable during adolescence. Various studies have demonstrated the positive impact that strength training, such as a sense of humor, has on self-esteem levels. This paper presents an intervention program designed to improve the self-esteem of adolescents aged 13 to 14 through the enhancement of their sense of humor, focusing on its various dimensions. The program consists of eight sessions divided into four blocks. A quasi-experimental design will be employed, with both experimental and control groups. The effectiveness of the program will be determined based on self- esteem and sense of humor scores measured at three points: pre-intervention, post-intervention, and follow-up. It is expected that participants will show significant improvements in their self-esteem levels, enabling them to better cope with the challenges of adolescence.
