EL MERCADO LABORAL ESPAÑOL (2004-2020) UN ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO ENTRE LA CRISIS ECONÓMICA DE 2008 Y LA CRISIS SANITARIA DE 2020

Abstract

El mercado laboral español y, en especial en el siglo XXI, ha experimentado diferentes cambios en sus magnitudes, afectado por la crisis financiera de 2008 y, por la depresión actual debido a la llegada de la COVID-19, que ha paralizado casi en su totalidad a la economía mundial. La finalidad es exponer y comparar estas dos etapas críticas, reflejando los periodos previos de estas, para establecer como se encontraban los parámetros del mercado de trabajo. Para ello, indagaremos en cuestiones como: paro, actividad, ocupación, formación, sexo, tipología contractual, sectores económicos, así como un breve acercamiento a la reforma laboral de 2012, con el objetivo de hacer reflexionar si se trata de una solución o fracaso. Finalmente, vamos a exponer las diferentes técnicas económicas que ha dotado el gobierno, para hacer frente a todas las dificultades de pequeñas y medianas empresas, autónomos y, a sectores de la restauración y la hostelería.

The Spanish labor market and, especially in the 21st century, has experienced different changes in its magnitudes, affected by the 2008 financial crisis and, by the current depression due to the arrival of Covid-19, which has almost entirely paralyzed the world economy. Our aim is to expose and compare these two critical stages, reflecting their previous periods, to establish how the labor market parameters. To do this, we will investigate issues such as: unemployment, activity, occupation, training, gender, contractual typology, economic sectors, as well as a brief synthesis of the 2012 labor reform, currently in force, with the aim of making reflect on whether it is a solution or a continued failure. Finally, we are going to expose the different economic techniques that the government has endowed, to face all the difficulties of small and medium-sized companies, the self- employed and, the restaurant and hotel sectors.
