Demandas laborales, pérdidas en salud y conflicto de roles

Abstract

(ES) Trabajo, familia y salud son facetas de vital importancia para los individuos. Por ello, es conveniente reflexionar sobre el riesgo psicosocial que supone las demandas en el mundo laboral y familiar y cómo estas pueden afectar a la salud y al rol familiar de los individuos. Para ello se llevó a cabo un estudio con 151 trabajadores voluntarios, de los cuales 79 fueron mujeres y 72 hombres. Todos ellos fueron evaluados en dimensiones de demanda laboral, interacción negativa y positiva trabajo-familia y en todas las dimensiones de falta de energía. Se encontraron asociaciones significativas entre las demandas laborales e interacción negativa trabajo-familia y las dimensiones de falta de energía y de nuevo, asociaciones significativas entre el conflicto negativo trabajo-familia con respecto a las dimensiones de falta de energía.
