Resumen
(ES)La gestión de los recursos humanos es un punto clave en el éxito de cualquier organización empresarial.
Su importancia para la Dirección es un fenómeno reciente que no ha existido siempre en la cultura
empresarial, por ello, aquellas organizaciones que aún no tienen asumida esta concepción, requieren un
análisis que ponga de manifiesto los beneficios a largo plazo de un adecuado cuidado del capital
humano, considerado como base para el logro de los objetivos sociales y económicos empresariales. La
manifestación más evidente de tener en cuenta los recursos humanos como núcleo de la estrategia
global, es el diseño de un Plan Estratégico de Recursos Humanos, que proponga acciones concretas para
el reclutamiento y selección de personal; la formación de los empleados; la evaluación del rendimiento;
y el estudio del clima organizacional a fin de mejorar la motivación y rendimiento del personal, y, por
ende, de la empresa en su conjunto.
