[EN]Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has been the subject in recent decades and numerous studies on its effectiveness in a multitude of health problems, obtaining successful results. However, the vast majority of them have been carried out using a presence-based modalities and, consequently, non- presence-based modalities have been relegated to less empirical evidence. These non-presence-based formats, on the rise given the priority by the health emergency situation that is occurring, currently enjoy priority. That is why the main objective of this article was to explore the application of ACT in a patient with BPD topography through an online format. The study consisted of a pre-post design and a simple single case or AB, making use of the experience sampling method, a longitudinal evaluation technique over time and with great ecological validity. Significant results were obtained, indicators of an increase in the patient's psychological flexibility, as well as a decrease in negative affectivity.
