Resumen
[ES] El programa CARAS tiene como objetivo prevenir la reincidencia de los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria mediante el Mindfulness y la psicología positiva. Los participantes del programa serán personas en proceso de recuperación y que hayan presentado el trastorno en el último año. Se realizará mediante un estudio de caso múltiple. Como instrumentos de evaluación pre y postest se aplicarán el FFMQ, DEBQ, MEQ, la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenverg, BSQ, EAT y Escala de Resiliencia de Connor y Davinson. De acuerdo con la literatura sobre el tema, se espera que el programa ayude a sus participantes a prevenir la recaída de los síntomas, generar una visión más positiva de sí mismos, ayudarles a comprender sus emociones (viendo cómo éstas influyen en sus comportamientos), y lograr que se hagan sujetos activos de su proceso de cambio, aceptando el presente sin juzgar y asumiendo una postura mas benevolente hacia su vida.
[EN] The CARAS program aims to prevent the recurrence of Eating Disorders (ED) through Mindfulness and strategies of positive psychology. Participants will be people in recovery process who have presented the disorder in the last year. It will be done through the Multiple Case Study. The FFMQ, DEBQ, MEQ, the Rosenverg Self-esteem Scale, BSQ, EAT and Connor and Davinson Resilience Scale will be used were considered as instruments of pre and posttest evaluation. The conclusions consider that the program helps its participants to acquire tools that allow them to prevent the recurrence of the symptoms associated with the ED, generating a more positive view of themselves, understanding their emotions and how they interfere in their behaviors, becoming active subjects in its change process, accepting the present without judging and assuming a more benevolent position towards his life.
