Resumen
El presente trabajo desarrolla una propuesta para trabajar la higiene y la salud en Educación
Infantil utilizando una metodología abierta y flexible, basada en la motivación de los alumnos
y en la generación de aprendizajes significativos. En la primera parte del trabajo, se hace una
revisión más teórica y legislativa sobre el tema escogido a trabajar, la higiene y salud.
También se ha estudiado la higiene y salud en la legislación vigente del ciclo de Educación
Infantil. En la segunda parte se ha elaborado una Unidad Didáctica denominada “Higiene y
Salud siempre van juntas”, que pretende acercar estos conceptos a los alumnos y alumnas del
segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil, más concretamente a los niños y niñas de 5 años.
This paper develops a proposal for hygiene and health in early childhood education using an open and flexible methodology based on the motivation of students and the generation of meaningful learning. In the first part of the work, is a more theoretical and legislative on the chosen theme to work review, hygiene and health. Hygiene and health legislation of the cycle of early childhood education has also been studied. The second part has been elaborated a didactic unit called "hygiene and health always go together", which aims to bring these concepts to students second cycle of early childhood education, more specifically children of 5 years.
