Resumen
Los empleados son el pilar fundamental para que una empresa funcione correctamente, por este motivo me voy a centrar en una de las funciones de la administración de empresas más concretamente en la dirección del comportamiento y dentro de esta en la motivación, analizando una técnica innovadora denominada gamificación, que persigue tener a los empleados motivados y de este modo alcanzar los objetivos planteados por la empresa. Esta técnica consiste en ofrecer a los trabajadores/as diferentes dinámicas basadas en juegos. En este trabajo fin de grado, voy a explicar en qué consiste la gamificación y sus diferentes apartados y finalizará con varios casos prácticos plasmando lo ventajoso que puede llegar a ser para una empresa implantar esta técnica innovadora que hasta el momento no ha sido muy conocida.
