ALIMENTACIÓN, NUTRICIÓN Y SALUD. PROPUESTA DIDÁCTICA

Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se ha diseñado una propuesta didáctica para la Unidad Didáctica Alimentación y Salud, la cual está desarrolla en el contexto tercer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria de la asignatura Biología y Geología, denominada “Alimentación, nutrición y salud. Propuesta Didáctica”. En primer lugar, se recoge la fundamentación teórica basada en una búsqueda bibliográfica para la elaboración de los contenidos. Posteriormente se ha realizado una proyección didáctica implementando metodologías innovadoras adaptadas a la situación actual del sistema educativo, tanto presencialmente como de forma telemática, que favorezcan un aprendizaje significativo del alumnado para alcanzar una serie de objetivos y competencias clave. [EN] In this Master's Thesis a didactic proposal has been designed for the Teaching Unit Food and Health, which is developed in the context of the third year of Compulsory Secondary Education of the subject Biology and Geology, called "Food, nutrition and health. Didactic Proposal". First of all, the theoretical foundation based on a bibliographic search for the elaboration of the contents is collected. Subsequently, a didactic projection has been carried out, implementing innovative methodologies adapted to the current situation of the educational system, both face‐to‐face and telematically, which favour significant learning for students in order to achieve a series of objectives and key competences.
