Resumen
[ES]La situación de crisis económica que estamos viviendo en España ha supuesto el auge del emprendimiento, ya que las personas desempleadas han visto como única oportunidad trabajar por cuenta propia. El mundo empresarial se mueve en un entorno cambiante y con incertidumbre por lo que es fundamental estar respaldado por una idea de negocio innovadora y un plan de empresa. El trabajo ha consistido en el diseño de un plan de empresa para "¡Hoy cocino yo!" un establecimiento de productos ecológicos que quiere innovar diferenciándose del resto en la comercialización de unas cajas experienciales de cocina. Está compuesto por una serie de apartados haciendo hincapié en la importancia de los presupuestos. Se desarrolla siguiendo tres escenarios distintos: realista, optimista y pesimista, ante los posibles cambios de la demanda del consumidor para ayudar a la empresa a adaptarse a cada uno de ellos según los planteamientos de un enfoque proactivo.
[EN]The economic crisis we are experiencing in recent years in Spain has led to the rise of entrepreneurship, so the unemployed have seen unique opportunity to move forward work for them. The business world is moving in a changing environment and uncertainty as to start an activity poses a risk, to face it is essential to be backed by an innovative business idea and a business plan. The work has been to design a business plan for "¡Hoy cocino yo!" An establishment of organic products and kitchen experiential boxes. The business plan consists of a series of sections emphasizing the importance of budgets for an entrepreneur who will take their first steps on the market. The work is developed following three different scenarios: relistic, optimistic and pessimistic, given possible changes in consumer demand to help the company adapt to each of them.
