[ES] En este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo la realización de un estudio de la situación de la mujer en la empresa española y las diferencias que todavía se dan en la actualidad frente al hombre. Es importante conocer cómo ha ido evolucionando la situación de la mujer en el trabajo a lo largo de la historia. Al igual que identificar cuáles son las causas que producen esta discriminación actualmente en la empresa. Como veremos el Estado juega un papel fundamental a la hora de igualar estos problemas. Se puede observar varias empresas españolas donde no nos deja lugar a duda la existencia real de discriminación por género. Finalmente, es importante exponer que la equidad de género en la empresa, en todos los niveles organizativos, es una gran fuente de enriquecimiento para esta.
[EN] In this work we have carried out a study of the situation of women in the Spanish company and the differences that still exist today with men. It is important to know how the situation of women at work has evolved throughout history. As well as identifying what causes this discrimination currently in the company. As we will see, the State plays a fundamental role when it comes to equalizing these problems. You can see several Spanish companies where the real existence of discrimination by gender leaves us no doubt. Finally, it is important to state that gender equity in the company, at all organizational levels, is a great source of enrichment for this.
