ORIENTACIÓN EDUCATIVA Y LABORAL EN PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD

Resumen
[ES]El tema que aborda el presente trabajo es la orientación educativa y laboral de las
personas que padecen algún tipo de discapacidad. En la primera parte se lleva a cabo
una investigación sobre los conceptos de orientación educativa y laboral, así como su
evolución a lo largo del tiempo. También se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica del
nivel académico que alcanzan las personas con discapacidad, la orientación que
reciben a lo largo de su desarrollo académico y las dificultades que encuentran a lo
largo del camino hasta llegar a obtener un puesto de trabajo. En la segunda parte del
trabajo se desarrolla una unidad didáctica del módulo de Formación y Orientación
Laboral (FOL), concretamente con el tema de Orientación Laboral, para el Ciclo
Formativo de Grado Superior de Educación Infantil.

[EN]The subjets that deals with the present work is the educational and work orientation of the people that suffer some type of disability. In the first part an investigation is carried out on the concepts of educational and labor orientation, as well as its evolutions is over time. There is also a literatura review of up to the academic level reached by people with disabilities, the guidance they receive throughout their academic development and the difficulties they encounter along the way until they get a job. In the second part of the present work, a didactic unit of the Training and Labor Orientation module (FOL) is developed specifically with the theme of Labor Orientation of the higher educational level of early chilhood education.
