[ES] Los beneficios del mindfulness sobre el estrés y de la psicología positiva sobre el bienestar psicológico están empíricamente bien estudiados y contrastados. Sin embargo, los efectos positivos de la combinación de ambas prácticas, denominada psicología positiva contemplativa, están empezado a ser investigados. El objetivo de este programa de intervención es poner de manifiesto cómo un aumento de las acciones virtuosas entrenadas a través de las prácticas contemplativas basadas en mindfulness está inversamente relacionado con el incivismo laboral.
[EN] The benefits of mindfulness on stress and positive psychology on the well-being psychological are empirically well studied and contrasted. However, the positive effects of the combination of both practices, which are called positive contemplative psychology, are beginning to be investigated. The objective of this intervention program is to show how an increase in virtuous actions trained through contemplative practices based on mindfulness is inversely related to workout incivility.
