Redes Sociales y Adolescencia

Abstract

En esta revisión teórica, se expone información acerca de las nuevas tecnologías y las redes sociales y cómo afectan a los adolescentes. De tal manera, que se perciba la importancia que tiene su estudio, para entender cómo influyen a las personas más vulnerables (los adolescentes), y las que más se mantienen en contacto con internet. A sabiendas de que pueden causar efectos negativos en los usuarios, a pesar de la importancia que puede tener en sus vidas. Por lo que se explicarán los diferentes riesgos, beneficios e influencias que están asociadas con las redes sociales. Además de enunciar algunos programas o medios de prevención e intervención para los adolescentes que tienen o pueden tener un incorrecto uso de las redes sociales o verse alterados.

In this theoretical review, it´s expose information about new technologies and virtual social networks and how this affect to adolescents. In such a way, that the importance of their study is perceived, to understand how it influence to the most vulnerable people (teenagers), and those who are most in contact with the internet. Knowing that they can cause negative effects on users, despite the importance it can have in their lives. So it explain risks, benefits and influences that are associated with virtual social networks. In addition to stating some programs or means of prevention and intervention for teenagers who have or may have an incorrect use of social networks or be altered.
