Plan de Empresa: Cabalar

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo es un plan de empresa de una entidad de Intervenciones Asistidas con Caballos (IAC) llamada Cabalar. El trabajo cuenta con ocho secciones, en las cuales se analizarán los micro y macro entornos de la empresa, la competencia que tendrá que enfrentar, el público objetivo, el plan de Marketing y su viabilidad económica entre otros. En Cabalar ofreceremos cuatro tipos de servicios principales: sesiones de psicoterapia asistida con caballos, actividades lúdicas asistidas con caballos, actividades de team building para empresas y clases de doma natural. Por otra parte, plantearemos dos servicios complementarios: talleres de meditación y yoga y expediciones por el bosque. Nuestra propuesta de valor se basa en que las sesiones se llevarán a cabo en un entorno natural, situado en A Ourada (A Coruña). Nuestro objetivo es ser una entidad de referencia para futuras empresas que pretendan dedicarse a las IAC en Galicia.[EN] This is a project on a business plan for a company of Animal-Assisted Interventions (AAI) called Cabalar. The paper has eight sections, in which different elements will be analysed, such as the micro and macro environments of a business, its competitors, the target public, the Marketing plan and the economic feasibility, among others. Our entity offers four main services: horse-assisted psychotherapy sessions, horse-assisted recreational activities, team building activities for private companies and natural dressage lessons. On the other hand, we provide two complementary services: meditation and yoga classes and walks through the forest, featuring talks on topics that resonate with the entity’s philosophy. Our value’s proposal focuses on our sessions being held in a natural environment in A Ourada (A Coruña), halfway between the sea and the forest. Our objective is to become a referential business in the field of Horse-Assisted Interventions in Galicia.
