Resumen
El presente trabajo fin de grado trata el tema de la reclamación de la filiación extramatrimoni al. En primer lugar he explicado la distinción entre la filiación matrimonial y la extramatrimonia l. A continuación he hablado sobre el concepto de la acción de reclamación de dicha filiación, de la legitimación activa y pasiva de ésta, y por último me he referido a la tramitación de la reclamación extramatrimonial dentro del correspondiente procedimiento judicial. La información obtenida, así como las opiniones de los diferentesjur istas, han sido obtenidas de libros de la biblioteca de la Universidad de Jaén. Al final del trabajo, enumero varias conclusiones donde expongo las ideas más importantes sobre el trabajo.
This paper is about the complaint of the extramarital filiation. First of ali, I have explained the difference between marriage and the extramarital filiation. Thereupon I have spoken about the definition of the legal action of extramarital filiation's complaint, and I have also spoken about its active and passive legal standing. Finally, 1 explain the judicial proceeding of the action of extramarital filiation 's complaint. I have obtained the information and the different jurists's opinions in the library of the university of Jaen. At the end of this paper, 1 enumerate several conclusions that include the most important ideas about the paper.
