[ES]Para conocer la situación de la mujer en el mercado laboral español, en el siguiente Trabajo de fin de grado (TFG), se realizará una revisión bibliográfica para examinar el papel que la mujer ha tenido y tiene dentro de este ámbito. De tal manera se enumerarán las desigualdades y la discriminación que estas sufren en este ámbito, avalándolas con teorías. También se analizará la brecha salarial y la segregación ocupacional que en la actualidad siguen sufriendo en el trabajo. Posteriormente tras conocer el papel de la mujer en el trabajo, se analizarán las medidas de eliminación de la desigualdad en el mercado laboral recogidas en los Planes de Igualdad de Oportunidades para la mujeres y hombres que han estado vigentes en España desde 1988, para poder erradicar las barreras y obstáculos que estas a lo largo de historia ha tenido que superar en el contexto de igualdad laboral.
[EN]In order to know the situation of women in the Spanish labour market, a bibliographical review will be carried out in the following final project, which will reveal the role that women have had and have in the Spanish labour market. In such a way, a number of inequalities and discrimination factors that they experience in this area will be listed, supporting them with theories. Furthermore, it will analyse the wage gap and occupational segregation that they currently continue to suffer at work. Subsequently, after learning about the role of women at work, this project will be focused on analysing the measures to eliminate inequality in the labour market included in the Equal Opportunities Programmes for women and men, which have been applied in Spain since 1988, and which are intended to eradicate the barriers and obstacles that these have had to overcome throughout history in the context of labour equality.
