Resumen
[ES] Se aborda un estudio de un caso único que se podría encuadrar dentro de la topografía de trastorno
por ansiedad social o fobia social desde una perspectiva contextual-funcional. Se utilizará para ello
la terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT). El estudio ha consistido en un diseño pre-post y de
caso único simple o AB. Se obtuvieron tamaños del efecto altos indicando diferencias clínicamente
relevantes. Se concluyó un aumento de la flexibilidad psicológica y una disminución de la
afectividad negativa.
[EN] A study of a single case was approached which could be classified within the topography of Social Anxiety Disorder or Social Phobia. The treatment had a contextual-functional perspective. Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) was used for it. The study consisted of a pre-post and simple single case (AB) design. High effect sizes were obtained indicating clinically relevant changes. An increase in psychological flexibility and a decrease in negative affectivity were obtained.
