grupo.

To achieve this goal, a narrative bibliographic revision has been made. After analysing all of the 20 articles, the results show that caregivers suffer from depression and anxiety to a greater extent than the rest of the population. This could be reduced by nursing intervention focused on providing information, support and education to this group of professionals. Therefore, it’s concluded it’s necessary to keep studying about this subject indeed, so that we can give caring of a bigger quality to caregivers, avoiding the negative consequences related to caring, and improving their physical and emotional health, due to depression and anxiety are both health problems which are increasing among this group of people.
