(ES) El mindfulness, también conocido como la atención plena, es una práctica que aún no todo el mundo ha oído hablar de ella, es por esta razón por la que, a lo largo de mi
TFG, explicaré sus orígenes, y en qué consiste, con la finalidad de conocer la técnica del mindfulness, y sus diferentes beneficios en la educación primaria, para poder llegar
a fomentar el desarrollo integral delalumno en su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Además, no solo para fomentar el rendimiento escolar, sino para que,
con las técnicas de mindfulness adquiridas, los alumnos puedan aplicarlas a lo largo de su vida, ya que esta práctica hace que vivamos los momentos más plenos y conscientes.
Y así llegar a tener una vida más plena y feliz.
(EN) Mindfulness, is a practice that not everyone has heard of it yet, which is why, throughout my dissertation, I will explain its origins, and what it consists of, in order to know the technique of mindfulness, and its various benefits in primary education, in order to promote the integral development of the student in their teaching-learning process. In addition, not only to promote school performance, but so that, with the acquired mindfulness techniques, students can apply them throughout their lives, since this practice makes us live fuller and more conscious moments. And thus, to have a fuller and happier life.
