Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo de Fin de Grado trata sobre el futuro, tanto profesional como académico, que puede tener un graduado en Química en el sector agroalimentario. Se empieza describiendo la relación entre ambos y la utilidad que puede tener un químico en este sector, que resulta imprescindible en procesos tales como potabilizar el agua, o la conservación de alimentos. Posteriormente, se realiza una amplia búsqueda de oportunidades académicas y laborales, incluyendo másteres, cursos, grupos de investigación y trabajo en diversas empresas.
[EN] The purpose of this work is to illustrate the different challenges and opportunities that a graduated on Chemistry has ahead once their degree is finished. I shall begin talking about the wideness of food and agriculture, and describing how important chemistry is related to that; for example making the water drinkable or preserving food play an important role on dairy diet and it is a work that it’s mostly done by chemists. Furthermore, my research is about masters degree, courses and jobs related to food and agriculture, which can be really useful to those interested in this area.
