INICIATIVA EMPRENDEDORA: LA DIRECCIÓN Y EL LIDERAZGO BAJO UNA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO.

Abstract

[ES]El propósito de este Trabajo Fin de Máster es concretar la figura de la mujer en los altos cargos de las empresas y determinar si ha cambiado el concepto social de las mujeres al mando de grupos o del empoderamiento femenino. Será necesario abordar las diferentes teorías que estudian el rol que desarrollan las mujeres en el poder, analizando, por ende, las prácticas y las políticas en materia de igualdad de género más comunes implementadas por las empresas. También, en este TFM, se hablará de lo que es una empresa y los tipos que existen y esto conllevará, además, a definir lo que significa ser director/a de una empresa u organización, cuáles son sus principios, las funciones de este cargo y se relacionará con el liderazgo, aportando también su definición, las diferentes teorías que existen sobre el liderazgo y el papel que juega en los cargos de dirección. [EN]The purpose of this Final Master's Project is to specify the figure of women in the top positions of companies and to determine if the social concept of women in command of groups or female empowerment has changed. In order to reach a valid conclusion, it will be necessary to study the different theories that analyze the role played by women in power and what are the policies and practices on gender equality implemented by companies. Also, in this TFM, we will talk about what is a company and the types that exist and this will lead, in addition, to define what it means to be a director of a company or organization, what are their objectivs, the functions of this position and it will be related to leadership, also contributing his definition, the differents theories that exist on leadership and the role it plays in management positions.
