LIDERAZGO Y PARTICIPACIÓN POLÍTICA DE LAS MUJERES: UN ANÁLISIS DE LA INCIDENCIA DEL GÉNERO EN LA PRESENCIA Y ACCESO AL PODER POLÍTICO DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA ACTUALIZADA

Abstract

[ES] Este artículo se basa en la determinación de la incidencia del género para la participación y presencia de la mujer en la política y en la toma de decisiones públicas, tratando de analizar las dificultades que traspasa la mujer a la hora de acceder a los altos cargos del poder, haciendo un recorrido sobre los significados de la cuestión de género y los roles estereotipados por la sociedad en cuanto a la ocupación de papeles en la política de un país y la asunción de cargos de poder y liderazgo por parte del sexo femenino en contra posición a la destinación de dichos puestos preferentemente a figuras masculinas antes que a las femeninas. Se centra en el análisis estadístico del porcentaje de mujeres que participaron en la X Legislatura y la IX Legislatura en el gobierno y en los altos cargos, y análisis de algunas de las teorías establecidas por otros autores para explicar esa presencia y participación femenina en la esfera pública.

[EN] This article is based on the determination of the incidence of the genus/gender for the participation and presence of women in politics and decision making public, trying to analyze the difficulties that transferred the woman when it comes to access to the senior management of the power, making a tour on the meanings of the issue of gender and roles stereotyped by society in relation to the occupation of roles in the politics of a country and the assumption of positions of power and leadership by women against position to the destination of these posts preferably male figures rather than the female. It focuses on the statistical analysis of the percentage of women in the legislature X and IX legislature in the Government and officials, and analysis of some of the theories set forth by other authors to explain the presence and participation of women in the public sphere.
