Resumen
[ES] La presente investigación tiene por finalidad acercarse a las deficiencias actuales
que encontramos en el ámbito escolar debido a que no se le otorga el énfasis necesario a
factores de necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo referidas a las altas capacidades
intelectuales de la misma forma en las distintas comunidades. Para ello expondremos la
diversidad que puede presentar el alumnado y de la atención que reciben en las
comunidades autónomas de Andalucía, Murcia y Madrid.
De este modo, la legislación vigente concreta que las etapas se organizarán de
acuerdo con los principios de educación común y de atención a la diversidad del
alumnado, incidiendo en la atención individualizada, en la prevención de las
dificultades de aprendizaje y en la puesta en práctica de mecanismos de refuerzo y/o
ampliación tan pronto como se detecten dificultades.
[EN] The present research aims to approach the current deficiencies that we find in the school environment because it is not given the necessary emphasis to factors of specific educational support needs related to the high intellectual capacities in the same way in the different communities. For this we will expose the diversity that the students can present and the attention they receive in the autonomous communities of Andalusia, Murcia and Madrid. In this way, the current legislation specifies that the stages will be organized in accordance with the principles of common education and attention to the diversity of students, focusing on individualized attention, prevention of learning difficulties and implementation of reinforcement and / or extension mechanisms as soon as difficulties are detected.
