TRABAJO SOCIAL COMO EMPODERADOR PARA PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD Y COMO PRESTADORAS DE SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende analizar la inclusión laboral de las personas con Discapacidad en el sector turístico, comparando las oportunidades laborales de este colectivo en el ámbito turístico de las comunidades Andaluza y Madrileña. Enumerar las dificultades con las que se encuentran las mujeres con Discapacidad para acceder a un puesto de trabajo en Andalucía. La metodología utilizada han sido fuentes secundarias mediante el uso de tablas y gráficos recogidos en el INE y ARGOS. El estudio de estos datos concluye que el número de hombres con discapacidad empleados es superior al de las mujeres, y en la misma línea podemos decir que las personas con Discapacidad física y sensorial ocupan más puestos de trabajo que las personas con Discapacidad Intelectual.

This work aims to analyze the employment inclusion of people with disabilities in the tourism sector, specifically by comparing the employment opportunities of people with disabilities in the tourism field of the communities of Andalusia and Madrid, while discovering the difficulties that women with disabilities find to access a job in Andalusia. The methodology used with secondary sources through presentation and treatment of tables and graphs collected in the INE and ARGOS. The results show that in the Labor Market of people with Disability, the number of men with a job is higher than that of women. Another result reflects that people with physical and sensory Disability occupies more jobs than people with Intellectual Disability.
