Estudio de la implantación de un ERP en una Empersa

Abstract

[ES]Para tomar decisiones en las empresas, lo más importante es unificar toda la información necesaria. Ésta, debe estar ordenada para acceder a ella rápidamente. Esta es la razón principal por la que las empresas utilizan sistemas ERP. El objetivo de este TFG es el estudio de la implantación de ERP en una PYME, concretamente, en una PYME especializada en la venta de materiales y equipos informáticos. Para conseguir este objetivo, es necesario seguir estos pasos: • Estudio de los requisitos y las necesidades presentes y futuras de la empresa. • Analizar dos ERPs del mercado actual de ERP. • Elegir el que mejor se adapte a las necesidades de la empresa. Esto se hace a través de un análisis exhaustivo de la empresa y de las soluciones ERP. Para la decisión final, consideraré tanto la opinión del implantador como del empresario, ya que se busca una solución consensuada entre las partes implicadas en la implantación.

[EN]To make decisions in business, the most important thing is to have unified all the necessary information. The information should be orderly to access it quickly. This is the main reason why companies use ERP systems. The aim of this project is to study of ERP implantation on a PYME, concretely, in a PYME specialized in selling all kinds of hardware and computer materials. To get this aim, is necessary to follow these steps: • Study the requirements and present and future needs of the company. • Analyze two ERPs systems from the current market for ERPs. • Choose the one that best suits the needs of the company. All this is done through a comprehensive analysis of both the company and the ERP solutions. For the final decision, I'll consider the opinion of the implanter and the opinion of businessman, because it will be important to choose the best EPR for the company.
