LA JORNADA LABORAL Y EL REGISTRO DEL HORARIO DE TRABAJO

Abstract

La jornada laboral y el registro horario es una materia de estudio muy interesante en la actualidad. Recientemente se ha establecido mediante el Real Decreto-ley 8/2019, de 8 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de protección social y de lucha contra la precariedad laboral en la jornada de trabajo, la obligación de registrar la jornada laboral de los trabajadores, la cual entró en vigor el día 12 de mayo de 2019. Sin embargo, los problemas y las dudas no han tardado en aparecer, siendo la principal problemática, la aplicación de la citada normativa a determinados sectores profesionales, como el sector agrario o los denominados “trabajadores móviles”.

The working day and time registration is a very interesting subject of study today. It has recently been established by Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures of social protection and the fight against job insecurity in the working day, the obligation to register the working hours of workers, the which entered into force on May 12, 2019. However, problems and doubts have not taken long to appear, the main problem being the application of the aforementioned regulations to certain professional sectors, such as the agricultural sector or those called “mobile workers”.
