Resumen
[ES] El abandono de la práctica de actividad física en adolescentes cada día es mayor. Esta casuística viene
de la mano de los altos índices de sobrepeso y sedentarismo en la población, lo cual es algo que, para el
profesorado de Educación Física de todas las etapas, supone un fracaso. Por este motivo, el presente
trabajo se sustenta en la promoción de la actividad física, valiéndose de deportes alternativos como el
roundnet, el ringo y la peteca, así como del uso del modelo de autoconstrucción de materiales y el
modelo de enseñanza comprensiva del deporte. Estos elementos se utilizan con el fin de lograr que el
alumnado se sienta un elemento vital de su propio proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y que, de esta
manera, se genere en él un sentimiento agradable hacia la actividad física y el deporte.
[EN] The abandonment of physical activity's practice in teenagers is increasing everyday. Such casuistry comes hand in hand with the high rates of overweight and sedentarism in the population, which is something that, for Physical Education teachers of all stages, is a failure. For this reason, the present project is based on the promotion of physical activity, using alternative sports such as roundnet, ringo and peteca, as well as the use of the model of self-construction of materials and the model of comprehensive sport teaching. These elements are used in order to make students feel a vital element of their own learning teaching process and, in this way, generate a pleasant feeling towards physical activity and sport.
