Desarrollo de una nueva rama de negocio en una Almazara.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo aborda el desarrollo de una nueva línea de negocio dentro de una almazara Mercados Oleícolas S. L situada en Arjona (Jaén). Esta nueva línea consiste en la comercialización de productos de oleoturísmo, con amplia demanda en la actualidad, en la que se aprovechará la infraestructura e instalaciones la almazara, con algunas modificaciones. Para la realización de este proyecto se ha realizado el análisis de situación de la empresa y se ha desarrollado e implementado un plan de comercialización del nuevo servicio, describiendo el impacto a nivel de desarrollo sostenible de la actividad de la zona.

[EN] This document addresses the development of a new business branch within an almazara called Mercado’s Oleícolas S. L located in Arjona (Jaén) of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia is addressed. The new branch of business consists of oleo tourism, much in demand, taking advantage of the infrastructure and facilities of said company. For the realization of this project, a situation analysis of the company has been carried out and the commercialization plan of the new business branch has been developed and implemented, describing the impact on the sustainable development of the activity in the area.
