Modelos de regulación de la prostitución

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se realiza una investigación sistemática de los distintos modelos de regulación de la prostitución (reglamentarista, legalista, prohibicionista, abolicionista). La investigación se realiza a nivel europeo, utilizando para ello, los siguientes países: Austria, Holanda, Irlanda y Suecia. Se analizará cómo está regulada la prostitución en España, para ello se revisará la legislación relativa a esta materia, así como la normativa de la Unión Europea. Para un mayor entendimiento de cuál es el escenario en el que se encuentra la prostitución en España, se examinará la prostitución en la Agenda Política española, teniendo en cuenta la postura de los diferentes actores.

[EN] In the present piece of work it is carried out a systematic investigation of the different models of the regulation of prostitution (regulationist, legalist, prohibitionist, abolitionist). The research is carried out at European level, using the following countries: Austria, Holland, Ireland and Sweden. It will be analysed how prostitution is regulated in Spain, for this it will be reviewed the legislation on this matter, as well as the rules of the European Union. For a greater understanding of the stage in which prostitution is found in Spain, prostitution will be examined on the Spanish Political Agenda, taking into account the position of the different actors.
