Resumen
[ES] Maybe Dreamink es un proyecto artístico y terapéutico enmarcado principalmente en un contexto personal, nacido del interés por utilizar los sueños propios y la expresión artística como vía mediante la cual desvelar los pensamientos inconscientes que alteran el bienestar psíquico con el fin de emplearlos para la mejora de este último. Durante el desarrollo de este auto-estudio de caso basado en las artes se ha creado un sketchbook en el que teniendo como referencia la técnica de Imaginación Activa desarrollada por Carl Jung, se han recopilado, relatado, ilustrado e interpretado un total de diez sueños a lo largo de un mes, compartiendo a su vez parte del proceso por medio de la red social Instagram, donde también se ha dado a conocer el reto de ilustración Dreamink, enfocado a cualquier persona interesada en adentrarse en el análisis del mundo onírico.
[EN] Maybe Dreamink is an artistic and therapeutic project mainly framed in a personal context, born from the interest in using own dreams and artistic expression as a way to reveal the unconscious thoughts that alter mental well-being in order to use them for the improvement of the latter. During the development of this arts-based self-study of case, a sketchbook has been created in which, taking as a reference the Active Imagination Technique developed by Carl Jung, a total of ten dreams have been collected, related, illustrated and interpreted over the course of a month, sharing as well part of the process through the social network Instagram, where the Dreamink illustration challenge has also been announced, focused on anyone interested in delving into the analysis of the dream world.
