PROTECCIÓN DE LA LEGALIDAD TURÍSTICA Y ORDENACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS TURISTICOS

Abstract

Ya que el término “turismo” es un concepto sumamente amplio, formado por un sistema complejo y multidimensional del que emanan diversos sectores (servicios de alojamiento, transporte (aéreo, ferrocarril, marítimo…), restauración, agencias de viajes, operadores turísticos, etc.), presenta una regulación jurídica un tanto compleja en cuanto a su legislación y ordenación, la cual, a lo largo del crecimiento y avance de dicho sector, ha ido generando polémica. Por tanto, el tema abordado en el presente documento de investigación, expone una aproximación a la legalidad de la actividad turística en España, la cual, en competencia de las administraciones de las diferentes Comunidades Autónomas, exponiendo concretamente la de Andalucía, se gestiona con el propósito de establecer un modelo turístico y una calidad integral en sus respectivos territorios, establecimientos y servicios. Since the term "tourism" is an extremely broad concept, formed by a complex and multidimensional system from which various sectors emanate (accommodation services, transport (air, rail, maritime ...), restaurants, travel agencies, tour operators, etc. It presents a somewhat complex legal regulation regarding its legislation and organization, which, throughout the growth and advancement of said sector, has been generating controversy. Therefore, the topic addressed in this research document, exposes an approach to the legality of tourist activity in Spain, which, in competition with the administrations of the different Autonomous Communities, especifically exposing that of Andalucía, is managed with tourism in order to establish a tourist model and establish an integral quality in their respective territories, establishments and services.
