Stroke is a disorder in the cerebral blood circulation that gives rlse to various neurological and neuropsychological symptoms, often having disastrous consequences for the person affected. lt's the first reason that causes dependence in adults and the second cause of dementia worldwide, which may affect both the elderly and young people. Among the different neuropsychological symptoms that may appear after the acute phase we find visual agnosia, understood as a deficit in the perception of objects in the absence of blindness. The objective of this work is to study in depth the visual agnosias in patients who have suffered a cerebral stroke and to determine if the appearance of this deficit can be associated in a differential way to different vascular territories. For this, we have analyzed the results of the evaluation of four patients from the Rehabilitation Unit of the University Hospital of Doctor Sagaz from Jaén.
