Mujeres y niños: de la invisibilidad y explotación a la visibilidad y protección en las leyes reguladoras de la actividad en el trabajo

Resumen
[ES] Las mujeres y los niños han pasado por un tránsito desde el punto
de vista laboral, que va desde la explotación y la invisibilidad
jurídica, a una protección especial dirigida a estos sujetos y su
visibilidad desde el punto de vista jurídico.
Época Romana, Medieval y Moderna: en las que mujeres y niños
sufrían una explotación laboral debido a una ausencia e
invisibilidad de normas jurídicas, existiendo una vinculación de la
mujer al paterfamilias.
Tras la Revolución Industrial: en la que mujeres y niños
comenzaron a ser visibles jurídicamente a partir del siglo XIX,
estableciéndose ciertas normas de protección dirigidas a estos
sujetos.
La importante labor que realizó la OIT: a través del consenso de
convenios entre países dirigidos a estandarizar las normas de
protección de las mujeres y niños.
La ley de Relaciones Laborales de 1976, a través del cual se
consigue la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres en normas laborales
v la protección especial de niños.
