Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo pretende dar respuesta a la influencia que ejercen las tecnologías en el proceso de envejecimiento activo de las personas mayores para conseguir una mayor independencia. Se realiza un estudio de caso para conocer la repercusión existente en ese colectivo, en 67 personas de Bailén, Jaén. Para poder llevar a cabo esta investigación, se ha trabajado a través de la utilizando de la encuesta por medio del cuestionario, para conseguir dar respuesta a los distintos objetivos planteados. Tras la obtención de los resultados, se ha elaborado un análisis exhaustivo de los mismos, en el que se han rechazado y aceptado la hipótesis de partida, corroborando que, a pesar de que las tecnologías sean un gran apoyo para los adultos mayores en la etapa de envejecimiento, todavía queda un trayecto que recorrer ante esta evolución tecnológica, puesto que aún hay presentes obstáculos que dificultan una íntegra implicación ante las TIC.
[EN] This research aims to respond to the influence exerted by technologies in the active aging process of older people to get greater independence. For this reason, it is done a case study where we know the impact that exist in this group, specifically in 67 people from Bailen, Jaen. To have this research, it has worked through using the questionnaire, to respond to the different objectives, set in order to answer to the different objectives proposed. After obtaining the results, an exhaustive analysis of them has been carried out, in which the starting hypotheses have been rejected and accepted, corroborating that, despite the fact that technologies are a great support for older adults in the stage of aging, there is still a way to go of this technological evolution due to the fact that there are still obstacles that make it difficult for this group to fully engage with ICT.
