Resumen
[ES] En el presente trabajo abordaremos ``la exoneración de deudas en el concurso de acreedores para las personas físicas´´, primero se hará una introducción al derecho concursal así como otros aspectos imprescindibles para la comprensión del mismo, también se tratará la comparación de España con distintos ordenamientos, además se profundizará sobre la regulación por parte de nuestro ordenamiento.
Por otra parte se tratará el comportamiento de las partes a la hora de hacer frente a este procedimiento concursal, con apartados como el deudor beneficiario y la buena fé de este, la revocación del concurso y el plan de pagos del mismo, incumplimientos del pago, etc.
Para finalizar se expondrán las conclusiones finales, en las que se podrá obtener un resumen generalizado sobre lo que la exoneración de deudas en un concurso de acreedores se refiere con respecto a las personas físicas, así como una crítica personal a la norma reguladora.
[EN] In this paper we will address ``the exemption of debts in the bankruptcy of individuals´´, first an introduction to bankruptcy law will be made as well as other essential aspects for the understanding of it, the comparison of Spain with different systems, also deepen on the regulation by our system. On the other hand, the behavior of the parties will be treated when dealing with this bankruptcy proceeding, with sections such as the beneficiary debtor and the good faith of the latter, the revocation of the contest and the payment plan thereof, non-compliance with the payment, etc. Finally, the final conclusions will be presented, in which a generalized summary can be obtained on what the debt exemption in a bankruptcy proceedings refers to with respect to natural persons, as well as a personal criticism of the regulatory norm.
