ENSEÑANZA DE LA QUÍMICA EN CONTEXTO: UNA PROPUESTA DIDÁCTICA SOBRE EL ACEITE DE OLIVA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo fin de máster se estructura en dos grandes bloques: un primer bloque donde se realizará una revisión bibliográfica acerca del aprendizaje basado en contextos y una segunda parte en la que se diseñará una unidad didáctica contextualizada tomando como base lo desarrollado en la primera parte. Esta unidad será diseñada para el alumnado de 2o de bachillerato con el objetivo de enseñarles las aplicaciones que tienen en su vida cotidiana algunos de los conceptos que han ido aprendiendo a lo largo de su etapa educativa. El contexto que guiará esta unidad será el aceite de oliva. Se llevará a cabo a lo largo de 12 sesiones, que pueden ser modificadas en función de la disponibilidad de tiempo. A lo largo de las ellas, se desarrollarán una serie de actividades que se harán mayoritariamente de forma cooperativa, para fomentar esta forma de trabajo dentro del aula.

[EN] The present master's dissertation is structured in two large blocks: a first block where a bibliographic review about context-based learning will be carried out and a second part in which a contextualized didactic unit will be designed based on what was developed in the first part. This unit will be designed for second year high school students with the aim of teaching them the applications that many of the concepts that they have learned throughout their educational stage have in their daily lives. The context that will guide this unit will be the olive oil. This unit has been designed to be carried out over 12 sessions, which can be modified depending on time availability. Throughout the sessions, a series of activities will be developed that will be carried out mainly in a cooperative way, to promote this way of working in the classroom.
